Our synthetic systems for tennis (and multi-sport use) are developed for predictable ball behavior, optimal foot grip, controlled slide, and year-round durability. We design each system to balance playability, player safety (shock absorption and traction), drainage, and long service life — while keeping maintenance and environmental impact in mind.

Our InFills

  • Performance infill (3G) systems

    Performance infills (examples: cork blends, coated granulates, or engineered polymer granules) recreate many of the playing characteristics of natural turf — responsive shock absorption, controlled ball roll, and consistent foot interaction. These infills are graded to reduce compaction and prolong consistent playability. Where requested, we provide biodegradable or natural-based infill blends to reduce microplastic contribution.

  • Sand or mineral infill systems

    Sand or mineral infill fields rely on a graded sand layer to stabilize the yarn and provide playing firmness. These systems are stable under heavy use, require simple maintenance (regular brushing and top-up), and are often selected for multi-purpose community and school facilities where a firmer, lower-bounce surface is preferred.

  • Infill free (non-infill) systems

    Infill-free, full-turf systems use texturized yarn and an engineered shockpad or elastic underlayer to achieve shock absorption and stability without loose granules. Advantages include cleaner play (no loose infill migration), simpler maintenance, and rapid drainage when paired with a designed sub-base. These systems are ideal for indoor courts and venues that need minimal on-site maintenance.
